Your satisfaction is truly important to me. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, I will happily exchange it or refund the purchase price (less shipping).
You may request an exchange or refund within 5 days of receipt of your order.  First, contact me by e-mail.  I will then issue you a "Return Authorization #"  Returned items will not be accepted without a valid "RA#".  Please note that you are responsible for shipping fees when returning items to me.  For your protection, items should be returned via an insured carrier as I will not be held responsible for lost returns.
